That's amazing, the whipped cream CO2 charges.
You say all you need is the cap...does that mean you have .175 pellets?

I have a few different models and the specs of the caps are all the same on mine. 7/8' x 27 tpi. You could make a temp one up out of 7/8 bolt. Just need to drill a concave seat with a 3/4' drill bit in the bottom of the bolt, about .220 deep to accept the base of the cartridge thus allowing the threads of the bolt to make contact with the threads in the base of the pistol. Sorry for the crappy description, Rene. My camera is being fixed as a pic would have been better.

There are two different cap styles for that gun.
The very earliest models used a pressurized tube in the grip, (similar to the Crosman MK I), and the end cap for that model had an o-ring seal, and used a toggle type piercing mechanism built into the end cap.
The later models used a non-pressurized tube, with a plain, threaded end cap. The piercing of the powerlet was at the bottom of the tube, and similar to the setup used on the Crosman 38x series. (or 22xx series).
Rene - if you look down to the bottom of the tube, can you see a piercing pin, or is it just a smooth, rounded bottom?

Thanks Len. I forgot about that. Mine are all the later Non-pressurized models with the piercing pin in the upper grip.

I can see a piercing pin and I don't see tread for a butt cap unless I am missing something else too .
By the way I don't care that much about this pistol, it is just an addition to my collection .
